Life is more a kind of exploration from "we" to
"I".We meet so many people in our life interact ,but it is really
important we at times look inward and feel calmness and peace that surround
us and our loved ones.

Heartfulness
is a simple practice of meditation that connects us with all the light and
love in our hearts. We can relate more with ourselves and make our
relationships more stronger and harmonious. This mindful exercise will definitely
be a wonderful exercise for all those who practise it.
