Life is more  a kind of  exploration from "we" to "I".We meet so many people in our life interact ,but it is really important we at times look inward and feel  calmness and peace that surround us and our loved ones.

 Heartfulness is a simple practice of meditation that connects us with all the light and love in our hearts. We can relate more with ourselves and make our relationships more stronger and harmonious. This mindful exercise will definitely be a wonderful exercise for all those who practise it.

I heard about this heartfulness training yesterday in the radio and thought of sharing this with you all out there. So now  let us listen to what our heart says and let us begin  a new chapter of our  life with a fresh mind and let us add more colours to it.
